Jazzercise Classes

Jazzercise Dalby in Dalby, offers group fitness classes for all levels. Dread working out? Not with Jazzercise! Welcome to a dance fitness program where you totally let loose…and don’t count the cost minutes until it’s over.

Build strength, boost confidence, and leave class walking on air hours after you’re done!

Our classes incorporate HIIT cardio dance moves with strength training for the ultimate full-body workout that can help you achieve your fitness goals.

JAZZERCISE FAQ

Answer: Yes, Jazzercise is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. We have options suitable for those needing low impact  and slower movements as well as those wanting a more intense workout. 

Answer: You don’t need any previous experience before your first class however if you have never experienced a dance-based fitness class before you may feel like you have two left feet . . .  Don’t worry! . . . We are here to both demonstrate and explain each move as we do them. If you relax a little and enjoy the music you will find that the music will carry you along. Your dance buddies and I are here to help you along your way and you will find that with each successive class the moves soon become second nature. 

Answer: Wear comfortable clothing and your gym shoes or joggers. Sweatbands and Lycra went out with the 80’s but you are more than welcome to gear up in any outfit that makes you happy. You might like to bring along some dumbbells and a yoga mat for the strength section of the class. Don’t worry, if you’re not a ‘yoga mat’ sort of person, there will always be standing versions of each routine available for you to do. 

Answer: We would love to see you bring your Mum, Dad, aunty, cousin, neice, nephew, friend, child, grandchild or any person you think might benefit from a dance party workout that will energize, motivate, and transform the way you feel about fitness. It’s always a good idea to give your instructor a heads up on who’s coming to class so that we can make sure our easiest routines are included for our newbies. Dancing is always better with friends.
