Jazzercise is a fun, effective dance fitness program that gets you results...fast. It is a high intensity dance party that fuses cardio, strength, pilates, hip hop, yoga and kickboxing. our classes include Strike, Fusion, core, strength and Dance Mixx - will leave you breathless and coming back for more.
Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength. Balance on one foot, while holding the other foot to your calf or above the knee (but never on the knee) at a right angle. Yoga is an ancient practice that builds strength and awareness
Learn how to Snatch and Clean and Jerk at our Step Up Fitness, Weightlifting sessions. All training sessions are a mixture of technical skills and strength training. The technical focus is on the competition Olympic lifts – the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, as well as assistance exercises used to develop specific aspects of each lift. Competitive or non-competitive programs available.

Linda Skerman is a devoted, experienced and caring teacher, coach and mentor. She has provided training and teaching services to thousands of children and adults in a four decade extravaganza of life and living.
Linda is a highly experienced Gymnastics Coach, Personal Trainer, Jazzercise Instructor, Kinesiologist, Life Coach, Mentor, Author and Poet.
She is passionate about the health and wellbeing of all those she works with, from youngsters through to seniors.
