Gymnastics

Our gymnastics and junior boxing classes are designed to teach your children the fundamentals of their chosen sport while increasing their muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Let your children learn the skills they love in a safe, challenging and fun environment. Kids will enjoy every class enrol today.

Jazzercise

Jazzercise is a fun, effective dance fitness program that gets you results...fast. It is a high intensity dance party that fuses cardio, strength, pilates, hip hop, yoga and kickboxing. our classes include Strike, Fusion, core, strength and Dance Mixx - will leave you breathless and coming back for more. 

Yoga

Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength. Balance on one foot, while holding the other foot to your calf or above the knee (but never on the knee) at a right angle. Yoga is an ancient practice that builds strength and awareness

Personal Training

I design fitness programs to suit individual needs and lifestyle choices. If you need a mentor to guide you on your fitness journey, then feel free to contact me to discuss your individual needs. Your program centers around strength based training and personal and fitness goals. 

Weight Lifting

Learn how to Snatch and Clean and Jerk at our Step Up Fitness, Weightlifting sessions. All training sessions are a mixture of technical skills and strength training. The technical focus is on the competition Olympic lifts – the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, as well as assistance exercises used to develop specific aspects of each lift. Competitive or non-competitive programs available.

EMS Training

EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) training is a revolutionary workout that uses electrical impulses to stimulate your muscles to contract. Your 20-minute EMS session combines strength training (ie: squats, lunges, curls) and intensifies your muscular contractions, working all of your major muscle groups. The many benefits of EMS training are supported by decades of scientific research, and medically proven studies.

LINDA SKERMAN

Linda Skerman is a devoted, experienced and caring teacher, coach and mentor.  She has provided training and teaching services to thousands of children and adults in a four decade extravaganza of life and living.

Linda is a highly experienced Gymnastics Coach, Personal Trainer,  Jazzercise Instructor, Kinesiologist, Life Coach, Mentor, Author and Poet. 

She is passionate about the health and wellbeing of all those she works with, from youngsters through to seniors.

We welcome you to come and experience for yourself professional and inspirational classes and training sessions that cater for all.

Linda is approachable and ready for a chat to discuss you or your child’s fitness, training or life coaching needs.
